About the course:
Understanding the Leasing Process is a full-day course designed for professionals across leasing, development, asset management, and investments who want to strengthen both their technical capabilities and strategic perspective. Participants will build practical, hard skills across the full leasing lifecycle from letters of intent and lease structures, tenant evaluation and negotiations, while also developing a more strategic, owner-oriented approach to decision-making. Drawing on real-world examples, the curriculum covers the key components of the leasing process, linking technical execution to broader asset performance and risk. This course provides participants with the foundational knowledge needed to unlock greater value from every commercial lease!

If you must cancel, you may inquire about the no-charge option to defer participation to the next CREST course cycle (subject to availability).

Transfer your registration to another individual, or
Transfer to a future CREST course (subject to availability)

Registrants will be notified promptly
You may choose to:
Transfer to the new date, or
Receive a full refund if the revised date does not work for you
