The NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter Programs Committee is pleased to announce details for our second Breakfast Series event of 2026, "The Third Place: Trends Shaping How and Where We Work, Live and Play", taking place on Thursday, May 7th, at Arcadian Court.

The rise of the “Third Place” is reshaping how we gather, blending elements of work, leisure, and hospitality into spaces designed for connection, flexibility, and experience. From lounges and lobbies to fitness clubs and social venues, these environments are redefining where—and how—people choose to spend their time.
