Understand the major legal issues surrounding a lease transaction
Legal Analysis of Lease Transactions is a full-day in-class course designed to familiarize commercial real estate professionals and other attendees with major legal issues surrounding a CRE lease transaction. You will gain a greater knowledge of the many technical aspects of a lease, the interests of the landlord and the tenant, and a sound understanding of the practical post-lease documentation and obligations of which both landlords and tenants must be aware.
NOTE: Each participant is responsible for bringing a laptop computer to the classroom. Downloadable course material will be provided prior to the course date.
