14th Annual NAIOP GTA Development Challenge

The NAIOP GTA Development Challenge allows rising stars in commercial real estate to demonstrate their talent and skills to senior industry members and other industry judges through a written case study and an in-person finals presentation.

Students and Developing Leaders benefit from the Challenge by applying their skill sets and expanding their networks in the industry.

This marquee NAIOP GTA event will include a Live Finals Event in the fall, where finalists will present live to a panel of judges with colleagues and mentors in attendance, for a chance to win cash prizes for first, second and third-place team placements! 

Early Bird Bonus: Teams that register early for the Development Challenge will receive FREE registration to the Summer Social on Weds May 28th at Earl's Financial District.

We'll be announcing the Development Challenge site subject at the Summer Social! Don’t miss out on an evening filled with food, cocktails, networking, and the inside scoop on one of NAIOP GTA’s most anticipated events of the year.
