Crest Course: Understanding the Leasing Process

The NAIOP GTA Education Committee invites you to start or continue your CREST journey in 2025, at our first course of the year: "Understanding the Leasing Process."

About the course:

Understanding the Leasing Process is a full-day in-class course designed for introductory to intermediate-level commercial real estate professionals. The course is ideal for leasing agents, developers, asset managers, owners, and those interested in a better understanding of the leasing process. This survey course provides participants with the basic knowledge necessary to gain greater value for every commercial lease. The course objective is to provide increased knowledge for managing an efficient and cost-effective lease structure.
