NAIOP GTA 13th Annual Development Challenge

NAIOP is pleased to announce Square One District, managed by Oxford Properties Group, as the Lead Sponsor of the 2024 NAIOP Development Challenge.

The NAIOP Development Challenge allows rising stars in commercial real estate to demonstrate their talent and skills to senior industry members, including Oxford Properties, and other industry judges, through a written case study and an in-person finals presentation.

Students and Developing Leaders benefit from the Challenge by applying their skill sets and expanding their networks in the industry.

This marquee NAIOP event will include a Live Finals Event in early October, where finalists will present live to a panel of judges with NAIOP friends and mentors in attendance.
