NAIOP GTA 11th Development Challenge

Developing Leaders and business students, register your teams now for NAIOP Greater Toronto's 11th annual Development Challenge. The deadline to register is June 30th!

This marquee NAIOP event will include a Live Finals Event on Wednesday, October 5th, when finalists will present live to a panel of judges with NAIOP friends and mentors in attendance.

The Development Challenge is a fantastic opportunity to work with and learn from industry peers. Participants will earn industry-wide recognition and showcase their creativity and knowledge in a fun and competitive atmosphere. As the Toronto real estate industry emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, perhaps no other time has been more well-suited to put yourself out there and take on the challenge to grow, network, and excel! 

Network with young professionals from a wide range of CRE disciplines and compete for your chance to present live before a panel of high-profile and visionary industry experts in the final round of judging on Awards Night, anticipated to be one of NAIOP’s most memorable 2022 events.

Participants can sign-up as a team or as individuals. Individual participants will be grouped into teams with other individuals.

Non-Members - $25+ HST

Team Registration (5) - $50+ HST
