Our expert panelists will share their expertise on the development of the TRCA intended to be one of the most energy-efficient office buildings in North America, along with T3 Sterling Road a 424,000 SF heavy timber creative office development. The design is aiming to embody the highest standard for sustainability and health.

Join us to hear about all aspects of timber construction, including supply- Element5 Co, development- Hines + TRCA, and design- BucholzMcEvoy.

The discussion will be followed by an optional onsite walkthrough of the TRCA development at 5 Shoreham Drive.
