CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations with request for a refund must be in writing and received via email by Friday, May 20, 2022. Refunds are not available after this date, however, registrations can be transferred. Please send requests to events@torontonaiop.org. If you are a member and attending for free, a charge of $10 will be invoiced back to you without cancelling within 72 hours.
NO-SHOW POLICY: Refunds will be issued only if cancellation is received by 9:00am, 3 business days prior to the meeting date. Registered no shows and later cancellations will be invoiced for payment in full.
