Understanding the Leasing Process is a full-day in-class course designed for introductory to intermediate-level commercial real estate professionals. The course is ideal for leasing agents, developers, asset managers, owners, and those interested in a better understanding of the leasing process. This survey course provides participants with the basic knowledge necessary to gain greater value for every commercial lease. The course objective is to provide increased knowledge for managing an efficient and cost-effective lease structure.  

NOTE: Each participant is responsible for bringing a laptop computer to the classroom. If applicable, downloadable course material will be provided prior to the course date.
