Based on COVID forecasting and government restrictions, NAIOP will continue to plan for a live event with safety precautions in place while also providing a live stream option for those who wish to join virtually.
Hear from Benjamin Tal, Deputy Chief Economist, CIBC World Markets Inc. on the state of our economy and his outlook for the year to come. Following that, Emily Hanna, Partner, Investments, Crown Realty Partners will lead a candid discussion with two industry leaders; Michael Emory, President and CEO, ALLIED Properties REIT and Jon Love, Founder and CEO, KingSett Capital on their market perspective for Canada, Toronto and Real Estate in a post pandemic era.

NO-SHOW POLICY: If you have registered to attend in-person and do not attend, you will be charged $15.00, if you do not provide notice in terms with our Cancellation Policy.
COVID-19 Measures:
In accordance with the Province of Ontario's reopening plan, The Toronto Region Board of Trade is thrilled to welcome visitors back their venue with robust health and safety protocols to ensure a positive and safe experience.
- Vaccination: All guests, staff and volunteers will be required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and government issued ID in order to enter the event room.
- Mandatory Mask wearing for all guests. All guests must wear a mask that covers their mouth, chin and nose at all times until they are seated, at which time they may remove to eat or drink.
- Reduced seating of 50% of regular capacity.
- Symptom-Free Policy: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.
