Sign Up for 2026 NAIOP Networking Bubbles!

Exclusively for NAIOP GTA members, the Networking Bubbles Program presents a unique opportunity to connect and network with industry peers in a smaller, curated group setting. Organized by asset class and led by industry professionals, each "Bubble" brings together a select group of members for regular networking sessions and tailored programming throughout the year.

Now in its 5th year, the program continues to evolve, growing to welcome more than 300 participants in 2025. This year, participation includes a $50.00 registration fee, which supports the diverse set of programming across all groups. NAIOP GTA will also provide each Bubble with a monetary allowance to help facilitate programming throughout the year.

Beyond networking, Networking Bubbles provide a platform to share and learn industry best practices and develop long-lasting relationships in a small-group environment. Participants can address workplace challenges and explore new business opportunities, while in the process, becoming part of a trusted group of advisors and friends.

Due to the popularity of the program, spots are limited to ensure a high-quality experience. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register early.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations with a request for a refund must be in writing and received via email to info@torontonaiop.org by February 1, 2026. Refunds are not available after this date.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Attendance and engagement will be tracked to ensure active participation and a strong, collaborative experience for all participants.
