This year’s exclusive event features two highly respected voices in Canadian policy and real estate. Join us for a fireside chat featuring insights from Dr. Mike Moffatt and Jon Love as they unpack housing, jobs, and Toronto’s commercial real estate landscape.
Dr. Mike Moffatt (Canadian Economist and Founding Director, Missing Middle Initiative) will kick off the evening with a high-impact presentation on the current state of housing, policy and economic direction, zooming out from national trends and narrowing in on the Toronto region.
He’ll then be joined by Jon Love (Founder & CEO, KingSett Capital) for a dynamic discussion on what prosperity means for our city, our industry, and the path forward through population growth, taxation, and policy reform.
