Watch three finalist teams go all out as they compete to win NAIOP’s 11th Annual Development Challenge. From July to September, teams of Developing Leaders and students representing local universities created comprehensive development proposals for a high-profile Toronto development site: 720 Bay Street, owned by Dream.
These teams will present their development concepts before a panel of distinguished industry leaders. The panel will score the finalist teams development proposals based on objective criteria provided at the outset of the competition, plus the depth and quality of their live presentations.
