NAIOP Self-Driven Tour

The reimagined NAIOP Bus Tour is here, but with a few key changes. Join NAIOP Toronto members on a self-driven tour at various development sites around the GTA. Registration is free for all members and non-members, but we encourage you to make a donation to Daily Bread Food Bank

Event Date: Thursday, October 21, 2021.

Event Time: 12:00pm - 3:00pm.

Event Details: All guests are able to stop at any location listed below during the 12:00pm - 3:00pm time frame. There is no designated meeting spot, you are able to go to each property at your own leisure. There will be a representative at each site to assist with directions and access procedures. Stay tuned for more information.

Site Locations:

• Berkshire Axis: 53 Mobis Drive, Markham (also known as 11050 Woodbine Avenue). Parking map to be provided.
• All guests will be asked to check in and sign a waiver form. After that the construction team will walk you around the phase 1 completed portion. 
• Carttera: 1330 Martin Grove Road, Etobicoke. Parking map to be provided.
• Menkes: 8205 Parkhill Drive, Milton. Please see parking map here.
• Carttera: 15 Bramalea Road, Brampton. Parking map to be provided.
• CanTire/Panattoni: 10200 Hurontario Street, Brampton. Please see parking map here.

All attendees are required to bring their own hard hat and

steel toe boots as well as proof of vaccination and a face mask.
