NAIOP GTA CREST Course Thursday, August 26 10:00 am - 5:00 pm (virtually)
This training program is designed for new-to-intermediate users of ARGUS Enterprise or anyone who will be responsible for entering leases, budgets, market assumptions or valuation and yield parameters on a repetitive basis.
The course usually takes place over 2 -days, but will be condensed into a 1-day training course, which means some of the usual case studies will be left with participants to do on their own time.
The modules that will be covered in the 1-day course include valuation-cash flow, portfolio level reporting and sensitivity. Courses concentrate on practical applications of the software through interactive examples. Participants will be exposed to a large cross section of the software's capabilities, fundamentals and unique nuances.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Cancellations with request for a refund must be in writing and received via email by August 12, 2021. Please send requests to nicole@torontonaiop.org. Refunds are not available after this date.
If you must cancel for this course, inquire about the no-charge option to defer participation to the next cycle of courses in 2022.
